Who should attend?

Where is the event taking place?
EVOLVE // Summit 2026 will take place at the Cloud Business Center, located in the heart of the city. The venue offers a modern and inspiring setting designed to foster collaboration, fresh ideas, and meaningful connections.
What are the event dates and schedule?
Join us on 7 October for the welcome party, followed by a full day of keynotes, business and technical sessions, networking opportunities, and partner-led talks on 8 October 2026.
Is there a cost to attend?
Attendance is completely free for all guests with a confirmed registration. We recommend registering early, as capacity is limited.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the event registration. However, we’re happy to recommend hotels within walking distance of the venue. Please, check our recommended list of hotels here.
How should I plan my trip?
The Cloud Business Center is easily accessible via Metro and conveniently located near major train stations. We recommend arriving the day before the event to attend the welcome reception and enjoy a smooth, stress-free start to the summit.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We’ve got you covered. Whether you're vegetarian, gluten-free, or have specific allergies, let us know during registration and we’ll make sure your meals are safe and satisfying.
Will there be a social event?
Join us on 7 October for the Welcome Party. The Upsun Partner Awards Ceremony and evening celebration will take place on 8 October at a unique and memorable venue. Expect a special evening full of surprises, celebration, and great company.
Can I bring a colleague?
Absolutely. Just make sure they are registered before registration closes. Please note spaces are limited per partner, please speak to your Partner Manager for more information.
What language will the sessions be in?
The primary language of the event is English. Informal discussions and networking conversations may also take place in French, German, or other languages depending on attendees.
Will sessions be recorded?
All sessions will be recorded, and recordings together with presentation materials will be shared shortly after the event.
